Text Box: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is required at least 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Bookings made within two months of arrival date will require 100% payment at the time of booking. A £200 returnable security deposit is required at the time of the balance payment to cover damages/breakages or excess cleaning if the villa is not left in a reasonable condition. The deposit will be returned to you as quickly as possible once the keys have been returned and the property has been checked. Prices include the cost of electricity, gas, water, linen and towels (not beach towels so please bring your own). Please do not, however, leave the A/C constantly running or the windows open when the A/C is running as excessive use of the A/C is not included. Entry to the villa will be after 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. Departure is by 10.00 hrs on your last day. Please ask if this presents any problems as times can be extended where possible although this is more difficult during the high season. It is essential that all party members have adequate personal travel insurance. We cannot be held responsible if any party member fails to organize adequate travel and personal insurance. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Pets are not allowed in the villa. In the event of cancellation your booking deposit will be forfeited. We will endeavour to re-let the villa but if this is not possible all monies paid to date will not be refunded. The security deposit will be returned immediately.
